Payment Policy
Payment must be made at the time of booking via credit or debit card. Payments are securely processed through Square.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans may change. Clients must notify us at least twenty-four (24) business hours prior to the scheduled cleaning appointment to request a cancellation or rescheduling.

Quality Guarantee
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, our team will return to your location to redo the service at no additional charge.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for adequately preparing the area before service delivery and informing us of any pre-existing damage or special conditions that could affect service performance.

Opt-Out Instructions
